This is Masked Affair and it is phenomenal. This is two coats with one coat of HK Girl. I can't believe the holo in this polish. If you have the chance to pick it up, do it! It is about $5 and totally worth it. This is beautiful as a full manicure, but it is perfect for accent nails as well.
Have you given this polish or any of the polishes in this L'Oreal collection a try? I have a few other ones to try out, but couldn't make myself take this one off to swatch the other ones. I'd love to hear what you think in the comments below! I'll leave you with a couple more pictures because this is just so stunning!
