My Top 5 Indie Polishes

I have a special post to share with you today! I've teamed up with 29 other bloggers to share our top 5 indie polishes with you! I would say that the polishes I'm going to show you today are from my favorite indie brands, but I could name several "favorite" polishes from within each brand. I decided to choose just one from each brand to share with you today.

First up is Mauve On Over from KBShimmer. You can see my original post about this polish here. Mauve On Over is a pale mauve crelly polish with orange, aqua and navy glitter in it. It came out in KBShimmer's Winter collection but I think it is a polish you can wear any time of the year. It is still currently available here. This is three coats with topcoat.

Jewel Encrusted from ellagee is one of my favorite glitter bombs! This polish started my love of all things ellagee. :0) You can see my original review of Jewel Encrusted here. It is a gold micro glitter with medium hex glitters in jewel toned colors. Jewel Encrusted works as a full manicure, a great accent nail or a glitter topper. So versatile and the colors are so rich! You can find Jewel Encrusted here. This is two coats over Zoya Ziv, which I used as a base to camouflage any space between the glitter. I used one coat of top coat to smooth everything out.

If you love glitter toppers, you have to check out Glitter Lambs. She has some of the best glitter topper polishes I've ever used - tons of different colors and combinations. You can check out her shop here. This polish is called A Twist of Galaxy and it is clear based with glitter in every color of the rainbow. I put this over Sally Hansen Vandal Eyes and it reminds me of a rainbow in the sky. This is one coat of A Twist of Galaxy over two coats of Vandal Eyes with top coat. You can check out my original review of A Twist of Galaxy here

Polish 'M is a fairly new brand to me. I just started buying from Michelle in the last few months, but every single polish I've bought from her has been amazing! This polish was a Facebook Group custom polish, but she has similar crellies in her shop here. This is a cream colored base with quite a few different kinds of glitter in it. What stands out most to me in this polish are the purple diamonds and the orange stars. I love this polish as a full manicure or an accent nail. It goes with almost any polish you want to put it with! I originally used this polish with a bright pink polish from Orly, which you can check out here. This is three coats of Group Custom #1.

My last polish is from DIFFERENT dimension. I absolutely love my DD polishes. You can check out all of the DIFFERENT dimension polishes in her shop here. This polish is one of my favorite polishes of all time. As soon as I saw the first swatch of it, I knew I had to have it. I have a backup of this - I think it actually might be my only backup polish I have. This is Aquila, one of the Shooting Star polishes that she has released. The Shooting Star polishes are released in very limited quantities and when they're gone - they're gone. Luckily for me, this one didn't sell out the night it was released and I was able to get that backup the next week. Aquila has teal and blue micro glitter and multichrome flakies in a holographic base. Simply stunning! This is two coats with top coat. You can check out my original review of this polish here

This is from my original review, but it's one of my favorite macros.

Those are my top 5 favorite Indie polishes!! Please let me know what you think and what your favorite Indie polish or brand is in the comments below! Links from the other bloggers will be added all this week, so be sure to check out their favorites as well!
