October Glitter Guilty Pleasures Box

I received my October Glitter Guilty Pleasures box in the mail today. If you're not familiar with the Glitter Guilty Pleasures box, I'll tell you a little about it.  It is a monthly subscription box that includes one full-sized polish, one mini-sized polish and a special treat.  The full sized polish is selected just for you based on a profile you fill out when you sign up for a subscription.  The mini polish is sent to all subscribers.  The treat varies depending on what month it is. The boxes that arrive in cooler months have chocolate in them, while the warmer months have a different kind of sweet treat in them. Check out my review after the jump!

October Glitter Guilty Pleasures box

This months box came with a full-sized polish called "Halloweenie" and a mini called "My Little Pumpkin" as well as some chocolates from Florance's Exquisite Candies in Rexburg, Idaho and a buffer.

"Halloweenie" is a clear based polish filled with orange metallic and holographic glitter as well as white and black matte glitters in all different shapes and sizes.  None of the glitter is particularly large so there is no fishing required for this polish. This is perfect for Halloween.

Halloweenie

"My Little Pumpkin" is a green jelly polish with gold shimmer, green metallic glitter, and orange matte pumpkin shaped glitter.  I had trouble getting the pumpkins out of the bottle so my swatch doesn't show them, but you can see them in the bottle shot.  This one is really pretty.  The gold shimmer is so strong and it really compliments the green color of the polish.

My Little Pumpkin

The swatches on my nail wheel show one dabbed coat of  "Halloweenie"on the left and two coats of "My Little Pumpkin" on the right.

Swatches of both colors

I enjoy this subscription box very much.  I like getting polishes that are a mystery to me but are tailored to my likes and dislikes. Have you tried Glitter Guilty before?  Let me know what you think!
